80% of the time teams are going to try Off Tackle and Sweep.  Field or Boundry is important but, also pay attention to what side their bench is on.  Not sure what the reason is but there is a tendency to Run Wide and Pass to their side of the field.  Especially when Field and Boundary are not easily determined due to a neutral spot of the ball. 

If there is a decided Short and Wide Side,  you can "Stack" the boundry and Red, the field side.  Remember the Sideline is your 12th defender.  They cannot go as wide on a short side hence Stack works.
