Brian, you are out of your mind.  Didn't I just finish typing a post that stated why the Chicago clinic was so great?  Go back and read it again.

I guess it isn't terrible when you look past the double wing stuff :)

You know I am kidding.  Love me some double wing.  As of right now, that is what I was planning on sitting in on Saturday.

Good.  Sit next to me so that I can explain it all so that you'll understand it.  ;)

Sounds like a plan, I should have a firm understanding as to why the double wing is inferior to the single wing, despite having twice as many wings.

I...umm...no, you're really not getting this at all, Brian.  I'm looking forward to Chicago!  :D

We can go out for pizza cut into tiny squares for dinner!  Or get the true Chicago pizza experience, which easily has my vote.

--Yeah...I'm still trying to wrap my head around that one.

--That's what Deb says, too.  Yet, she makes it better than anyone.  Then she cuts it into squares.  It's like a pizza brownie.  Shape makes no sense, but the taste is incredible.

Presenting on?

--Dave

I think my Oline coach will enjoy Ed Warinner on Friday.

And Shawn Liotta intrigues me. My conference is very run heavy and the pass D is terrible. We proved that by dabbling in it more this year. I like going no huddle and pushing the pace. I think it will force the other DCs to make adjustments they dont practice as much.

Nick Postma from GVSU runs successfully a lot of what we do in defensive coverage that my DBs coach could probably learn a fair amount from. He was great at teaching man coverage but our zone was not where it could've been.

Saturday has Eric Wagoner running through D-Line fundamentals that my D Line coach could use to grow seeing he is only a year removed from playing for us. His biggest task this year was effectively being able to teach what he had learned without me stepping having to step in as often.

My positional coaches just finished their first year as coaches and Saturday has a lot of fundamentals that should help build them up in my opinion.

I enjoy the clinics and having them close enough to home to sleep in my own bed is always a bonus to me.

The Reno clinic has a few topics set aside for Youth.

Is anyone familiar with Chris Milton of the Clovis Avengers?

I am shooting for the USAFootball clinic in Orlando on February 22-24 and a Glazier in Chicago on March 1-3.  Just a heads up for anyone in the area wanting to get together for a breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Hmm...I was looking at the Minneapolis clinic in early February, but maybe the Chicago clinic could be doable. I'll think about combining this with a trip to Canton. (I promised my kid a trip to the Pro Football Hall of Fame when he graduates. Time to pay up.)

I'm also looking at the C.O.O.L. clinic early May in Cincinnati.
