I think Kromer uses the Gibbs method for two-point vs. three-point.

If a tackle is uncovered, he's up.

If he's covered, he's down, unless there is a wide pass-rusher (outside the TE).  Then he's still up.

He didn't mention Gibbs, but he mentioned what he does, and it's the same as what Gibbs does, unless I misinterpreted something (which would not be shocking, at least to me).

There are more Alex Gibbs disciples (PARTICULARLY on how he runs the OUTSIDE ZONE) on O-Line play in HS, College, & Pro ball, than any other O-Line Coach (Joe Bugel & Jim McNally come close).
