I'm pretty I saw where Steve said install power and counter to one side and next day install power and counter to the other. Is that right? It it power, counter and trap to one side and then the other?

I have done it several different ways.

With young kids,  often the skill guys are a bit ahead of the linemen so it makes sense to use the same blocking rules on the playside for power/counter...meanwhile the backs have two plays to rep.

It really doesn't make a difference.

Probably for the last 7-8 years we have installed power both ways first.
