Coach Cox,
Have there been any changes to the playbook you sent out earlier?

Thanks for the response. I think it will get even better down the road after more coaches start running with it.

Downloaded, I will compare with the version I have.

Been all over your work in the past few months Coach, as you know.

Any DW/Pistol coach who has not taken a look at the 90, 70/80 pass series from Coach Cox will hit himself on the head once he sees it. Period.

Can't say how many ideas I stole from there.

I'll be back.
To be good you have to work hard. To be better, you have to work harder. To be great, you have to keep working when the good ones stop.

Just think, you have to adjust everything you do because of the 12th man. Gotta be pretty creative! Thanks for the comment on the passing game. I can guarantee that I threw the ball for as many yards or more than anyone running the DW. Some of that stuff works pretty damn good!

I agree on all but the p.a.p.s are good must add 28 Jet pass tb is already at 6 yds great  ps protection .After some blast that corner is reeled in for the pickins, and ss is maybe 7 yds off the los.

All I can say is.... "Is it August yet?!?!?"
I am coaching track and all I am doing is going through the power pistol over and over. Love it. It may just get me fired though...I have been strongly encouraged to only run the flex triple option.

Can you install a series of the system? Do you have the talent to run TR-OP,if you look  at it closely the triple option is there in a sense of the play calling.4 backs and 2 te,s could get the call depending on the defense,we could run either stretch, gap, blast, belly, jet,p,a,p,wedge, ice, counter, cut, and we did not add a tag or different formation yet,or call aline and back tag yet.jmo Just ask and see what they say, they could like it.

I am going to run the whole dang offense and add a navy formation set to appease the HC. We do not have the talent for the triple option and he does not either. 0-9 last season yet will not adapt.

I see tons of option potential in the power pistol, just the bast and stretch could be a read option if the right QB.
