Motion, Liz vs Fly
« on: August 04, 2016, 07:57:08 AM »
This is for the Ace formation. Can someone help give a detail difference between the 2 and what are the monuments the motion man reaches when the ball is to be snapped. Also is there any tips to give the 3 back on where to align far as depth? Sometimes he is in front of Liz motion and sometimes behind. Any help would be great.

Coach I hope you got your mail and also there is tons of past post and videos theACE,just scroll down and around you will find  them.   Just to add,Liz-Rip motion is a half speed motion and the ball is usally snapped when he reaches the bst. Fly motion is a 3/4 speed motion and the ball is snapped right before he gets to the bst, and hits full speed as he passes the qb,then he does a banana type arch to the outside.
