Motion questions
« on: March 12, 2016, 01:13:59 AM »
I have some questions on when the ball is snapped when running rip or Liz motion? Does it change with the plays? I see this section appears to be slow or dead but I was hoping someone could help with this.

In our DW system, we begin the motion on Set if we are going on one. ( Down, set, hut...) So our wing has one count of motion when the ball is snapped.

Does that make sense? The motion doesn't dictate when the ball is snapped... the snap count dictates when the motion begins.

We have always done it like this. Down Seeeeett Go. We start motion on the S of set,and snap it on G of GO. The seeeett gives the wb his timing toget to the pitch point where he starts down hill and receives the pitch on GO in unison. Hope that makes sense if not we could talk by cell.
