Adjustment made to help against traps and powers up the middle
1. Take normal 3 technique stance and alignment except align hips outside so that you are at a 45° angle to the guard (tail out and head in).  Down hand on outside foot of guard and feet outside hand. Crowd the ball.
2. Drive through the near neck area of the guard - aim for his ear hole.
3. Use the guard’s body to squeeze A gap and your body to control B gap.
4. Look for trapper and wrong arm.
5.  Keep guard off of linebacker.
6. Chase down pulling guard
7.  Don't over penetrate.

Honestly Nick I doubt the OT is going to change the DT that far inside. As I see it, its to the Defenses benefit if the does!!  What it will do is make the OT think about him cause his arse is in the OT's inside Gap.  ;)

Not MPP... ONE TASK!  Teach them!  :)

Same technique.  Set yourself against the post block and work to get the hips into the gap.  If you start to give ground, make a pile.

If the Dlineman feels the dbl team.....Sit down on the OT's knees.
