homerun play suggestion
« on: September 18, 2011, 10:08:13 PM »
Looking for 2 homerun plays vs a 5-3, playing zone coverage with the corners rolled up on the line.  Defense has lots of speed.

Think 33 Oklahoma should get 1.  Also have Fake 47 reverse pass to the QB installed.   Any others?

If you run "SE Over" that defense has to crack.  If the weak corner stays weak then look at "SE Over 48 Screen" and "SE Over Freeze 38 Rocket Power".

If the weak corner comes over and changes sides of the field, run "SE Over 47 Speed".

If the Sam moves out to cover the WB on "SE Over", run "SE Over 36".

SE Over 36.

I know my FB, blocked the DE instead of the CB and my HB should slow down a little to take better advantage of his lead blocking.  Juts wanted some of you to see what it looks like vs. a 5-3.

Yao -

How old are your kids ? Your HB has some serious speed and that was a great cut back.....

That's impressive.  I noticed your TE took the DE.  Was that by design, or did you have a "sweep" call in there too?
