Actually, it does make you good.  Before I invented DC Wing T there was always some parent who had a suggestion for offense ("Have you ever thought about trying... (fill in offense here)?") or who didn't think their kid was getting the ball.  This system just totally shuts them up and lets you coach the game.

I'm not sure but I think they noticed the other teams could not run the plays we did and that we looked like "TV football".

Congrats on the win.   8)  I see they got no extra points.  Is there a story there?  :)

How many times did you pass?

We didn't even let them score the last we played them, but they had their 9U and 10U teams combined, which, so we had to play against some BIG Tough kids.  PLUS, they just beat the #1 seed to get to the Super Bowl, so they came in with some confidence.  It took us a while to take it away from them.  To show you how big they were for example the 3-4 holes & Wedge were wide open, but nothing.

                      LB
C  E    E   E     T  T    E    E  E   C
     SE        T G C G T   TE
                        Q              4
                  3
                        2

3 Guys stonewalled the wedge.  Hit them on the outside several times, then Wedge.....nothing.  23-24 0-3 yds.  Believe it or not, the Pitches to the 7&8 is what got us our money, but it took us a half to get going.

They scored just before the half with like 30 seconds left to make it 12-6.  We run Slot Over FB Pass to the HB.  FB keeps it and cuts it back across the field for a TD, but it gets called back for a bogus block in the back from the HB who was wide open, with no time left.  If they decline the penalty it's a TD, if they take it, we get another play.  I call a timeout to talk to them. We Freeze the WB in front of the 2nd to last guy on the far right, have the TE get the guy in front of him and the RT reach the other guy to just give him some time to throw.  Let the CB go, because he's the least threat.  HB Wide open again......Pass (it was an ugly duck too) 60 yd TD to tie it up at the half.  That was our only pass, due to game flow and formations.

Second half all of our nerves were gone and the defense had 5-9 hats on the ball carrier every play, instead of 2-3, so we shut them down.

The defense told us we should have been able to kill the middle, but the middle was harder than the outside, because one kid was huge and the other one was FAST on the DL.  The fast one was swimming our OL like Michael Phelps in the Olympics.

I want to say this, EVEN with all of those guys out there, Trips TEO Mini 47 Jet Speed got 7-15 yds.  It would have gotten more but the SE and TE liked to block their guys until we got by them, and let them go.  Their guy was the one usually making the tackle.

Frustrating 1st half, but the 2nd we came out and played like we knew we could.

Only game where running where they ARE on purpose actually was the game plan.

Slants and screens were out due to the D.  Pass #2 was the only thing that would have worked, but QB wouldn't have had time to reverse pivot and throw it without getting killed.

It mostly happens at the 12U age, because of middle school ball.  So if there's only a few 12s, they'll play on the 11U team.  I'm assuming there was only 9-11 10U players that signed up, and 15ish 9U, so they combined the teams so those kids could play the season.  I understand wanting the kids to play, but it could have been an issue.
