Don't know of any video, but Derek Wade has some pics on his site:http://www.fbforyouth.com/Teachthesnap.html
The Wyatt snap isn't end over end. You grip it about like you'd throw it, but with your thumb on the laces. To snap it, you move it directly into your crotch with no end over end rotation. The ball rotes 1/4 turn on the same axis as if you were throwing it.
The snap we used for all 3 years was end over end. You grab the ball with your fingers and thumbs like you were palming it by the pointy part. To snap it, you simply smack yourself in the junk with the ball. The points of the ball trade places.
We had a lot of problems with refs with that snap. Teams had scouted us and told the refs ahead of time that we used an "illegal snap". All involved were full of crap. One ref told us that you couldn't raise the back of the ball beyond 45 degrees. That sure isn't in the rule book. We did have a center one year who couldn't stop fidgeting with the ball, so they flagged him for false start about 7 times in a single game. On video, he was lifting the point very slightly to get the ball situated.
