This book is no longer in print & very difficult to get ahold of. Nobody should have an issue w/ the PDF version of this.

This is a very valuable resource from some of the greatest football minds.

Parker Publishing had a coaches book club, of which I belonged. They would send a new coaching book every other month. Yes, I had an original copy. I also told you I had met Coach Raymond several times. When I moved to Florida the first time I donated all my coaching books to a school library, where my friends were coaching. Thanks for posting this it brings back memories.

No prob. We have an original in nearly mint condition too.

Anyhow, seen a number of WT questions, as well as some misconceptions. Thought this would come in handy for some. Great read for all coaches, not just WT'ers.

I did! It's interesting how people have "created" their own stuff. lol. I gave up "inventing" stuff like 3 years ago.

I  don't think it was an invention as much as  a progression to attack today's defenses.

Good point. More of a hybrid terminology.

I always say that play has been the one play that gives me nightmares. We were up at camp a couple of years back & the college DC & I were on the white board. He told me that play drove him crazy.

I just paid 100 bucks for the book and that's with no dust jacket, and pages highlighted up.

Now I wish I had waited until next week like I originally planned.

I think of it as Buck off jet. The more I learn about the WT, I think they just sat around and thought of a 100 different ways to run buck, tweaked it and put a different name on it. lol

coaches, Im a wing T fan but I have never liked the 3 number system, it just never jived with me. for whatever reason its harder for me to wrap my brain around...do I walk alone on this? That is there a secret society of wing Ters out there that dont use the delaware wing T number play calling system?
Cuz I need a translator in the bottom left corner of my screen when I read some of the 134 this or 969 that plays

If you read the book it will make sense. I'm not a fan of it, just simply because I'm not used to it. I'm not positive on this, but I don't think many WT teams use that terminology any more.
