I think against that line up, you can run a G play with your QG kicking the DE, and the QT and QTE doubling that inside LB. Or if your SG can move, run it as a counter trap against the DE, with your QTE, QT and QG accounting for the LB and DT.
You can run it to your FB on a quick count, with your quickside WB kicking that CB. You can also quick count it and have your QB just spin and follow the FB - that gives you an extra lead blocker through the hole. Personally, that's what I would run if the QB can run at all. It would be a devastating play against that defense.
You could also, as a last resort if you don't like your FB or QB in space, run it with regular counter action to the strong side WB. Same blocking as above - either QG or SG kicking the DE, depending on talent.
If you use your QG, have your SG either fold around the C to pick up that crabbing DT, or have your C fall on him, and have your SG and ST combo that DT into the ILB to seal him.
Bottom line is it's a footrace between their safety and your runner.
