What scenario do you need it for? Bad weather, injury, asthma?

It's rather simple, but here it is:

Head Coach - deals with officials and authorities (because he knows the team and relatives best and can speak for the group).
Offensive Coordinator - resposible for dialing 911 and staying on the phone with authorities (ie, security, police, fire, ambulance)
Defensive Coordinator - deals with the kids.. rounds them up and moves them offsite
Team Mom - responsible for running the errands (get medical kit, get ice, get water, etc.)

OFFSITE is normally parking lot, but in case of evacuation, it is the nearest hospital or fire station.  If this is in walking distance, the team mom moves everyone together after headcount.  If it is driving distacnce, she is required to see that every boy is with their own parent or to note what parent they are with.  Everyone is to go to the offsite location to check in before going anywhere else (ie, home, neighbors house, etc.) that is not emergency related.
