Yeah I told my kickers to aim for the numbers on the field..... The ball will actually travel like 15 yards or so cause it's at a 45 degree angle.... I'm just wanting them to get good at it and get a few on side kicks back.... :)

And the when the KOR formation widens out to cover your sweet spot....middle kick.

Since we have been doing this with Smurfs and I dont know any better...Im thinking that at the upper levels they will begin got fortify the second level of the KOR formation...now your middle kicker can blast away deep at a slight angle because only one kid is at the third level....and he will be frantically trying to get on the football pinning his team very deep.

I just posted elsewhere that I wonder if kicking it up would make sense, but you do a good job describing the benefits of kicking a line drive. I just might steal this.
