!st week practice

What are some of drills you use in 1st week of practice without pads? And with pads? We will be without pads for only 2 days, then start with pads on Monday.

We do speed camp stuff ... we introduce the practice schedule ... we do chutes about double normal ... we do LEG stuff ... we do fit drills for tackling ...
