Middle.  We try to sucker the snapper.  We have one player lined up in his left gap.  That player is slanted towards the RG, & he blows him back off the ball and an angle.  Then we line up a player in the other gap of the C.  That defender slants towards the LG & blows him back.  We put a player directly behind him, and he shoots that gap.  The snapper sees two players going throught that gap, meanwhile we have a guy lined up behing our slanted tackle on the other gap.  That guy winds up unblocked almost every time.
It's all about having fun.  But losing aint fun!

Center

I have my A and B gap players align in a 1 and 3 on the guards. Their goal is to drive the guard back as fast as humanly possible.

From their I place two kids behind them in a LB position as jumpers. They come as close as they can get (which is normally pretty far thanks to the double team on the guard), and try to time up the kick.

This is my favorite when you MUST block it to win (OT, ETC.)
