Footwork for pullers
« on: August 01, 2015, 07:57:00 PM »
What is the step progression you use for the pullers? I have been using a punch step and then a crossover step. I saw this years back in a clinic. Im curious what other DW's use and why

Thanks Dan

for power we are simply running...

guard will step with his near foot and crossover on the second step keeping shoulders as square as possible, hug the double team and blow up lbs....same for tackles---get in guard hip pocket and seal inside on power
