So Bob, changing topics, get to Dominick's much?  That's an easy walk from the campus...
Actually my friends Ralph & Kathy have changed their preference to another pizzeria, whose name I've forgotten.  And 2 days ago I made pizza for the 1st time.  I also got my cider fermentation process down to about 8 days.

Right now nothing's an easy walk for me.  9 days ago (apparently from a particular slip-up one day in my sodium restriction: 3 American cheese sandwiches) I went into atrial fibrillation, first time since 2015; you may remember the story, which coincided with a dog bite on the practice field.  And I didn't have a cardiologist around here, so the soonest I could get an appointment to see one is March 27.  If it's like it was in 2015, I could snap back into rhythm by then, or any time.  Meanwhile I get winded taking out the garbage.

I did see the cardiologist yesterday, & it turns out it's not like 2015.  I'm actually in atrial flutter, not fibrill'n this time.  Although flutter is slower than fibrill'n, my heart's gotten into a kind of rhythm lock that's unfortunately stable, so I'm going to have to be shocked out of it.  It'll probably be done Thurs. at Newton Hosp.

Thanks for the well wishes.  Oddly, I'm thinking it could be fun.

I swear Bob, every time I think I've heard the most ridiculous comment out of you, you go and top it.  But then, perhaps looking at things this way, makes you smarter than anyone else.

Turned out no "fun" was in the offing, because I was KOd completely with propofol for it.  As expected, the procedure worked, and as soon as I woke up I was feeling better.  The trick is not getting back into rhythm, but staying there.
