I have paid for uniforms for players to help their families.

League offers scholarships for those in need.

I offer an iHop pancake dinner to any kid that pancakes two players in the same play.  I offer it to the entire team if on any play there are 5 pancakes.

I tried the crunch bars... they ended up melting.

A 3rd grade team in our league does a cool thing... they have a player of the game and they give him a prop WWE belt for the week.  He has to hand it over after the next game.  Kids love it.

I keep them in a small cooler with ice water in a zip lock baggie.

Crunch bars seem to melt faster than any other candy bar.  ::)

Almost forgot my standing offer of a Gatorade or beverage of their choice for a back who gets tackled without the ball. Since I'm not (really) coaching backs, I need to figure out something for the o-line.
Mission Statement: To create a Football Family that our players and parents can't imagine not being a part of.
