More on topic, my friends and I always get together for round 1, and play cards and watch the first round.  Its a good time, and as a Packer fan, the only thing we really had to look forward to in the off-season under the Ted Thompson regime.

As a Jag fan ny first round suspense was over before the first 10 picks every year. We are on our way back to the top 10 again this year. Pretty sure we will target a QB this year. Yay!

I think you're getting Haskins

Not even a bit
We just have to wait for him to declare after the Rose Bowl. Right now of the teams with worse records than us, they are all set at QB. The only wild card being the Raiders because we all know how much Gruden loves him some QBs. We are in the sweet spot though as 1 of the top 2 QBs should fall to us barring trades.

No.  I didn't watch even when I followed football.  I couldn't think of a more boring aspect of competition.  It was more fun when the NFL & AFL could raid each other, but I was barely conscious of football then.

What was exciting were the drafts in the Warrior Football League.  I miss that here in the Newton Braves, but I appreciate having the ability to move up with the players for more than 1 graduation.

And now I fear that the team will have to jump past NYG to get him.

I have a feeling that could happen. Honestly, I would be happy with Haskins, Grier or Jones. I like what I have seen of all 3.
