Sigh, where do I begin?

I guess I start with the worst part, our starting QB a senior; broke his color bone on the second session & is out 8-10 weeks. His first session he was doing rather well. The only other QB we could use is a true incoming Freshman. He is 6'2" & weighs 150 lbs. He looks like a piece of paper sideways.

Our defense is much improved overr the last few years & I believe has a chance to be very good. We really could stifle any offense of the 7 other teams. We played the 2's & 3's a lot, so we really got them some great experience.

Offensively, our WR's are very good. The Frosh can sling the ball & is cool as a cucumber. The Oline is a rebuilding year after last year's senior dominated line. It took us a little to find the right combination, but the potential looks good. We toyed with a couple of protections, & honestly they did well. The running game is starting to come around, the issue is the Frosh has to understand what we are trying to do. He probably threw 35-40 tds in the 3 days. he is very accurate, has a quick release, & his arm is big. I just hope the QB coach doesn't screw him up!
