We read the first LB'r inside the POA...so if your monument stays the same and you "super" stretch to the TE it would be the first LB'r inside of Z.

Im not sure I'd super stretch though. Maybe the monument is Z and the TE kicks out any edge defender since you probably dont have any lead back left in the mix for the kick out.
