How do you teach your OL to go to the 2nd level? So many steps? After the DL is moved? I know we need the DL blocked first, i dont want kids jumping the gun and getting my back blasted. Thanks

Wide zone we climb on 3rd step

Tight zone we drive the combo until we get second level

Do you wait for the LB to spill before coming off the dbl team?

Yes and no

Wide zone our "covered guy" doesn't climb until he's pushed off by adjacent help.

This you have to work at

You don't HAVE to.  The "second level" will COME TO THEM.  If you have four hands on the DLM & 4 eyes on the LB - you will SEE when it is time (when you GET to LB).
