using your diagram I count 4 without the FS.  It's pretty straight forward, I cant get there from here.  FS isn't getting blocked to the right.  However, depending on the play call, he might get blocked going left with a Trey Call.

I dont face this but I use inverted 2 coverage in my 4-2-5.

My question is do you count him or do you not based on distance

Our mlbs are 1 arm length off the def line and the fs is about 5-6 yards

if the F was tight enough to make our kids or us question whether or not to count him, the ball would be in the air.
