Jeez, Mike - read the name of the forum you're in!!!!   :'(  :P

JJ's SDW is the foundation of what I do, but I've butchered it so badly I would inflict what I do on JJ, LOL.

It really depends on what you're looking to see.  If you're looking to see the blocking, plenty of guys run TKO (that includes anyone running Jack Gregory's DW), so plenty of film out there.

If you're looking to see all of the plays as JJ draws them up, then I don't know...

More than likely, I'll run the DC UBSW if I move up with the same group of kids next year. They already know the base plays + most adjustments. I never got into Mouse, Spinner, etc so I can always implement that.

The problem that I ran into with UBSW is that I didn't have enough kids that were capable of running the ball. Usually it's the opposite. So when I started having some injuries mid season, I had a hard time getting kids to fill in the 4 spots in the backfield effectively. Not sure if the same is true with DW.

You're right. I'm really just looking for some good footage on any of the DW systems. I contacted JJ to see if he sells videos but just has some footage on youtube. I liked the sound of the Simple DW because it sounded like an easy install and easy for the kids to understand as well. Maybe my best bet is to read the Toss book that I hear so many of you guys talk about to understand what it is all about and check out one of the videos out there from Jack, Wyatt, etc to see it in action.

The Simple DW is by far the easiest to understand, install and troubleshoot ... but any DW system is great ... The Toss will give you a really good understanding of the offense (including how and why we do what we do) but like most DW systems was written with HS in mind ... the SDW playbook just gives an overview of why but has a complete and simplified playbook that works for youth ...
