« on: May 22, 2018, 07:51:48 AM »
Hey Coaches,

5 Years ago I released http://youth-football-plays-and-formations.com/ , a free resource for coaches with over 600 plays.

Since launch we have had over 1 Million unique visitors and we do not require login or any info to be entered.

Enjoy and good luck this season.

Thanks,

Coach Ragland

If no login or info is required, how do you know if a visitor is unique?  IP addresses?  One user could access the site using different devices = different IPs, same user.

Same scheme for "Wishbone 23 Dive", "Wishbone 2 Motion Left 36 Crossbuck", and "Wishbone 38 Sweep Option".

OMG.... I passed on avarsity O-line job this winter because the OC gave me a playbook with no blocking schemes.

None of these “plays” have any of the blocking...the biggest position group on the field has no idea what to do? That should work pretty well.

Doubt it.  They're unlikely to appreciate what they already deem as not having any value.

"Blocking scheme?"  What's that?  Just block the man in front of you.

Are you suggesting we do all the hard work for free for a website that's selling materials? Hard pass.

I thought it was free.  ("5 Years ago I released http://youth-football-plays-and-formations.com/ , a free resource for coaches with over 600 plays.")

Direct from the website:  "600+ Youth Football Plays for $11.99!". "Buy Now!"

BTW, the "block somebody" and "block the guy in front of you" schemes are old school. Nowadays, it seems there's been a movement toward the "Y'all better start blocking!" scheme.
