Play Call Sheet

Anyone have an example of their play call sheet that they would like to share???? I want to get some ideas on Play Calling Sheets

Can you make than a document we can edit? I like that one a lot.

Yes...it started like as an Excel Sheet...with data validation tables...that filled in the call sheet and the wrist coaches...however, to make it fit onto the call sheet...I had to get tricky...basically creating the autofill stuff with the data validation on different sheets....then copying the new cells as pictures and pasting them onto the main call sheet so I could make it all fit without the different cell sizes coming into play...attached here...its kind of a mess, but I figured out how to make it work :)
