two point can be done without any adjustment from a 3pt....just pick the hand up.

Exactly, I prefer 2 point for better forward, movement, which IMO, provides a better punch

the stagger and the upperbody being up isnt a requirement for a 2 point stance.......

try dropping the hands before contact....the whole center of gravity drops.......

sorry, not trying to confuse you.when your linemen come off the ball, have them keep their hands down....they cannot rise up.....

3 point is fine.....i dont care about that as much as some.....

We keep the hands low in pass pro.  We only bring them up to strike.

We keep the hands low in pass pro.  We only bring them up to strike.

I still prefer the 3, I feel it allows them to transition forward momentum better and keeps them low. 

Plus that's what I was always taught, don't want to add anything else, to our book, but i see it can be done
