show where you are lining up and the defense at the same time, that's what everyone is asking for

is it like this

LB         LB               LB            LB
      DE  DT      DT             DE

LE  RG  C  PG  PT  RT  RE
                                             WB

That screams 24 Iso. RT/RE block the DE, PT and PG block the DT, C and LG block the other DT, BB straight through to the LB, WB on the other backer.

16 Power should work, depends on how the playside End plays it. Might be a bit tough of a block for the BB on him, Nasty would definitely be a killer adjustment here.

I haven't showed nasty yet so thinking this would be a great time to pull the trigger on it.  So basically if the DE widens we stay man on, if he doesn't widen the TE blocks the DE and 4 back takes the linebacker?

Read up on it so I think I'm good now.

nasty i split the end out and the wingback comes also, if the DE stays inside, easy pickings for an audible 18 sweep.

If the DE comes out, then the SE takes the DE and the WB takes the corner and should have a nice hole for the 16 power.

Whether the DE adjusts out to your RE or not, should set up nicely for you.

Michael:

Widen/Shorten  The key is to know what to do when they chase the  nasty split or not. I am not necessarily an Offensive guy.  When I became a Header, I had to learn real friggin fast how to run an Offense.  If nothing else I had to know what worked. However, having been connected to Defense for many years enabled me to understand how to do things Offensively that infuriated me as a DC.

It takes a ton of time to become proficient at anything.  It takes even more to be able to wrap it altogether.  Beyond that, it takes a lot to admit we dont have all the answers and go with Base Rules.

Establish your Base and rely upon it!
Not MPP... ONE TASK!  Teach them!  :)

Your right.  I'll start off running base and then adjust it and try to widen based on what they do
