Has anyone ever used TEAMSNAP?

http://www.teamsnap.com/leagues-and-clubs

Since I will be taking over as Prez of our org next season, I was thinking about trying this out.  Our biggest problem this past season was a lack of communication.  The overall organization was DISorganized.  Just wondering if anyone is using this site or know anyone who is?

I've been looking at it this past month and I think I will be using it next year.

I used it for my team during baseball season.  I liked it for keeping the schedule (game and practice) up to date.  Parents liked it as well.

Hi, you could also try Sportlyzer. It is a sports team management software that has lot of different features, including communication.

Sportlyzer allows you to send e-mails and SMS to the whole team or to individual players. All contact information of players is stored in the app as well. With the calendar function you can create training plans and share these with players and their parents.

In case you need to know which players will come to training session or to competition you can just send out e-mails where players can mark with one click, whether they are coming or not. During the training you can use attendance tracking via mobile app and later you can access attendance statistics.

In case you are also handling the financial side of team management, you can use Sportlyzer for invoicing and payment tracking as well.

You can try it for free: https://www.sportlyzer.com

My youngest son's hockey team uses teamsnap.  My wife loves it since she looks after our family calendar.

Some use the app REMIND as well.  I always figured that if it's important enough to me then I'll remember the when and where or I'll put it on our family calendar myself.

I think hudl is adding some TeamSnap like functionality this year.

One thing I like about TeamSnap is you can add a map to the location of your field and it will go out to everybody that is subscribed.  Very handy.

We use this one.  Seems to work okay:
