Were it me.  I would look at the many of the Wishbone and Split Back Veer plays. with and without the Option for Blocking Concepts.  Lets face it its a Down Hill, Hit The Hole, Offense.  First thing is HOW YOU BLOCK IT.

Not to mention that a TON of the base plays can be run out of the T Formation. Cross Buck Counter to either side can be a Killer.
Not MPP... ONE TASK!  Teach them!  :)

See this is a major reason Im picking it.  We need to focus more on blocking.  We have a lot of big boys this year so I want to focus more on moving the line

The power T would crush it using mega splits with the older kids...assuming your info is accurate.

No need to get outside. North and South in space.

Wouldnt that just be split t or del wing t at that point

One thing that I was always curious about with the mega splits and direct snap is whether or not you might have D-linemen who could beat the snap and blow the play up the before it even has a chance to develop.

Angles, angles, angles

With mega splits 5ft + you are no longer blocking anywhere near vertical.  So essentially you slide into them. If you have a kid who can flat out beat your lineman in space then no matter what you wouldve/couldve done, the same result happens.

If you train your kids to block in space,  they get used to flat angles for blocking...it becomes easier for them every week.
